uggg. so i thought i had kidney stones. turns out i am just constipated and have a cyst on my left ovary. hmmmm. so now when people say i am full of crap, it's true!! lol

so, i am on day 4 of couch to 5k. i have bested my time from day one by almost 3 minutes!! so stoked!!!

is feeling very blah. i have started back to work and although i do not think that i have eaten more than normal, i feel like i am eating like a pig. i am tracking everything on MFP and it says i am ok. i think it also may be the fact that it is soooo stinking hot and i can not get my walks in as much as i would like. that and i am ONCE AGAIN stuck on a plateau. i just don't feel like i am losing fast enough.

today is my first day back to work post op. i am having a great day and feel kind of embarrassed but happy regarding all the compliments. i guess it will take a while to get used to them... i have already walked 1.5 miles today! .5 on my first break and 1 on my lunch. i will be doing another .5 on my next break too!! and i am planning on walking with some friends after work tonight as well!!!

down another 2# today!! woot woot! and i did zumba!! so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so i just did my first round of water aerobics. i wasn't really feeling a lot in the water, so i thought. right now i am feeling it in my arms, shoulders and legs!! what a great workout without the sweat!!! lol

So I finally broke the plateau! I lost another pound!!! I'll take it... lol
