I loved your goals!! Bet I could think of a few too....you have inspired me. I am going to print your list and add to it. BTW after the first 20 lb loss I had a pedicure too I was great fun....

Congratulations to you! I think you have made it over the post op hump. I too was banded on the 27th, I am now on soft foods, carefully.... I too have lost wt. I sympathize with you about the gas pains. I had them right after surgery and they went away after 2 wks. Now I get them just once in a while like a twinge- i use it to remind me to be careful what I eat.

Sounds like you are doing good. Let me know how your doing from time to time.
