When I went to my seminar, the doctor mentioned how it does not matter how fast/slow you lose weight, you will have saggy skin or you will not. But to help it not be so bad you should take your vitamins/supplements, get in your recommended Water intake, and exercise. I was like what! Because I thought what everyone thought, that slow weightloss meant not very much loose skin. I don't know what to believe haha

You lost 30bs! Not only... I see it as 10lbs a month. So you will reach goal in a year lol I'm rooting for you! Just keep to your surgeons dietary guidelines and sweat.

That's great news also I hope I won't be attached to my scale. I only weigh myself once a week but notice when I'm dieting, I weigh myself like daily maybe even twice a day :/ ( bad habit ) ! Good luck and hope your recovery continues to be lovely

I wonder what's in store for me too.. I watch this one girl on utube named Jennifer loosin pounds 89 or something like that and she is 23 and started at 373 and I don't think her skin is to bad but she hasn't shown us anything but her arms. I'm 20 too and am 350 so I understand I will have loose skin but I hope my boobs stay up (im barely a C cup lol) so hopefully that will help and I'm hoping my butt doesn't get saggy too I've had a big butt all my life but I always been big so who knows?!? Only time will tell, we all are different Good luck to you!
