  1. Congrats that is awesome!! I was sleeved may 15th... So far I've lose 51 lbs! It has come off extremely fast. I'm so scared for when it slows down! But I do a pretty intense workout 6 days a week and I feel great! I barely followed the diet ever since I stepped out the hospital though :( but of course I have made a 180 turn around in my diet since the sleeve! If anything it's just hardest to get that stupid Protein in ugh!

  2. I'm so glad I'm not alone! I just hit 8 weeks and I'm starting to feel hungrier a lot more! I just don't eat bc I want to lose maximum amount of weight. But when I do eat I feel I can eat so much more than I allow myself! I'm trying to train myself to feel comfortable, not FULL. I am so afraid to stretch my stomach. I almost feel I already did. But I do workout 5-6 times a week so I'm wondering if my body is just really burning what I eat at this point since I barely eat anymore? I'm just scared I wasted my money :(

  3. Just hit my 8 weeks post op! But I'm getting nervous because I'm starting to feel hunger again. And starting to eat 3 meals, small

Of course, a day. I'm so nervous to gain any weight. I feel as though I've already stretched my

Pouch bc I have made some bad choices in my diet. Help! Did anyone else feel like this?

  4. Js123:::

I'm in the EXACT same boat as you!!! I'm 21... And I'm regretting it -___- I'm so bored

Of eating the same things so I find myself cheating all the time, already. I'm eating things I shouldn't be until week 8... And I'm freaking out I feel I've already stretched my pouch and I'm never going to loose weight. My friends go out to eat a lot and it's miserable. I find myself going crazy now feeling like I have to burn off every calorie I eat. I stay in the gym and trying not to eat bc I'm so scared to gain weight. I've already lost 27lbs and I try to stay on the menu of what they've said to eat... But it's SOOO hard. Wow! I'm going crazy...

  5. So excited for y'all! I was sleeved two weeks ago today :) and it's amazing!! I've already lost about 20 lbs... I was feeling the same thing you guys were the day before! Very anxious but it's so easy! The pain varies from person to person but I was off pain meds in 4 days and back running a normal life by day 4/5!! You'll do Great! The mental hunger is the most challenging part of it.. But I'm learning slowly but surely it's still a journey!! But sooo worth it!! You will start to feel amazing in no time

  6. Thanks for the encouragement peeps!!! Ugh this is so crazy I never wouldve thought i'd be here! Sometimes I get so frustrated I just DON'T eat! I haven't bought a scale though because I don't want to become obsessed! And now I find myself taking TINY bites of things I can't have! Like a little slice of a pickle... Little things I miss eating!!!! Lord help meeee

  7. Well I'm so glad it worked for you! Yes it will definitely be a life long process but yes this is why I had the surgery! So I could physically not eat anymore! I'm almost 2 weeks post op and at this point I'm nervous to gain weight! I'm so anxious to loose it now.... I just want to

Lose it already! People say I've lost weight but idk.. But excited to see what happens! I find myself getting so frustrated that I can't eat anything that I just don't eat at all!!!! Bc I'm so annoyed so I just say screw it! Bc its not

    Like I feel hungry anyway-___-

  8. Welcome!! I was lucky and didnt have a 2 week liquid diet... I really didn't have to do a pre op diet at all! Just the day before was liquids... I'm

Almost 2 weeks post op and so far the hardest part is just parting ways with your old ways! The way I used to eat and WHAT I used to eat is the hardest part for me!

You would think once you get out it'd be easy as pie but it's definitely a lot harder than I thought... But the minute u start seeing results it makes it easier! I've already lost 20 lbs!! Good luck on your journey!

  9. Just drink what you can! I could only drink about 8oz for the first 2 days and I was fine... I did feel dehydrated at first but you should be fine if

You just keep building it up! I was nauseas also! It was hell but I'm 9 days out and running completely normal! Like 98% normal so just do the best you can it passes very quickly! Rest up too! 17lbs down so far... It's sooo worth it! You got this!!!

  10. That's what I did before and I kinda wish I didn't! Because it only makes it harder... You should probably start a pre op diet! I started for two weeks and it wasn't miserable... Definitely start reading the book now so your not in complete shock like I was when I got out of surgery! I went to the doctor today for one week post op and I already lost 17lbs! So it feels great... But still A LOT TO get used to..

  11. It gets better! Sounds very similar to my experience, I was sleeved May 15th! Minus all the complications! All I did was sleep and didn't want anyone to bother me! Couldn't keep down any meds so they finally gave me some through the IV and then I felt 90% better!! I'm almost day 6 and feeling almost normal again! Going back to work later this week... Those first few days were rough though but you will be up and at it in no time!!

  12. Thanks y'all!! Don't be nervous, the pain and all that is really not that bad! I'm 99% back to my normal life just 5 days later.. I know it's so soon and I just need to relax and take it day by day! I can't wait to see results! Sorry for freaking you out but I LOVE food so just going from one extreme to the next is a huge deal!!!! So thankful I found this for support!

  13. I got sleeved on may 15 and im already miserable! I cannot believe how much I miss food and eating. I'm still in the liquid phase and it's killing me! And everytine I try to eat I have horrible stomach spasms! Haven't been getting in my Water because of it!! Trying to stay positive and HOPING I get results that motivate me! Trying not to loose hope! Help!!
