i havent lost weight in 4 days and im 3 weeks out from post op... and i have been sticking to what they told me i can eat.. soup, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, applesauce. i dont get it. and im always active. i hardly sit and do nothing.

one month check up is 7/17.. since pre op ive lost 25 lbs. been feeling kinda yuck lately but it has its ups and downs.

tomorrow is my one week check up after having the surgery... since pre op diet one week prior and my one week post op diet i have lost 14 lbs

3 days till surgery... liquid diet.. only lost4 lbs.. just dont understand it.. i havent had anything to eat. its crazy
