    Thank you! I understand the struggle with not loosing with the band. My first 6 months was very difficult since my band was not placed properly. Now I having great success by eating very small meals and drinking lots of water.Work with your Dr. to getting to the proper fill point. Be assertive and stay positive. Try to exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week for an hour. I am doing Zumba and I love it. I hope this helps. Good Luck!!
