  1. No I have not consistently lost it. I have stalled out so many times. The past month I was stuck at 208-203 and then finally I started working out more and eating better and I finally started dropping again. I had almost lost hope. I go weeks with only loosing a few lbs then I drop a few in a couple days. Don't loose hope at any point because it will eventually fall off. I had to make some changes though to jump start the weight loss again. Good luck to you.

  2. Today I am 4 1/2 month post op. The past month has been a struggle but I have finally reached two of my goals. I am at 75 lbs. lost and I broke the 200's and now I am in wonderland! I haven't been here since 10 th grade!

    My stats:

    Pre op : 270

    Today: 195

Current pic was taken at 203 but I didn't want to get dressed today to take another! We are expecting 6+ inches of snow today...blah.

  3. I had my VSG surgery on Nov 6th, 2012. ( 15 wks post op) Counting pre op I have lost a total of 60 lbs, 20 of that before surgery. For the past 4-5 weeks I haven't lost a pound and I actually keep fluctuating a few lbs. So far on my journey I haven't had much difficulty, except for the 3 week stall at 3 weeks out. I can eat pretty much anything I want and I was still able to loose. I am looking for suggestions to start really working on jump starting my weight loss again and start focusing more on myself. I have started to exercise a few times a week and I am trying to drink more Water. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  4. So I have my sleeve done on Nov 6th. I was doing great till this past Monday when I got the flu. Ever since I had that I am unable to eat. Anything I put in my mouth tastes discussing and I feel like I am going to throw up. I went like 4 days without anything but fluids. Now I am struggling. I am so weak and can't hardly function. Any suggestions on what I should do to get back to normal?

  5. I am pretty sure this is going to sound weird but I have to ask. The past few nights I wake up after about three hours sleep and I am wide awake. Once I wake up I can't seem to fall back asleep because my arms feel weak. For some reason I have to roll my wrists every minute or so. I know it sounds crazy but it won't let me fall back to sleep. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
