Day 1 post op not much pain but every hour or so my stomach kind of spasms or stretches im not sure it does hurt but it feels uncomfortable Is this normal? I am drinking 1oz every 30min so far so good any information would be great

lst two days of the pre op diet I have such a headache today I'm scared to take pain meds so close to surgery any suggestions???

went to the rodeo last night really stuggled with my pre op diet this time next week I will be banded 9lbs down now

finished my pre op appt nothing to it I didn't evne need blood work already done it 2mos ago I am getting so excited/nervous I keep window shopping and imagining myself in smaller outfits I know that's vain...smile

1week of pre diet didnt loss much im going to lower my calories more gor this last week trying to reach 10lbs only 7 now widh me luck

Just getting off I have a date with a elliptical machine I hope we get along it's our first date(smile)

day2 of the pre-op diet I've been stuck on the youtube VLOGs there are very interesting and keep me motivated is anyone doing VLOGS that was recently banded? does it help you?

spent the day at the water park a few people stared but i kept them boy how they are going to stare when they see the skinny me

I go see my surgeon tomorrow would be great to walk out with a surgery date would be so great wish me luck
