    I was offered numbing gel since it was the first time I said yes but afterwards I think I could have gone without it was nothing my appt lasted 15min and a few mintues they just had me sit there in case I had any problems

    "i Think You Are Too Skinny"

    I am not certian if it's jealousy or coming from a good place but I can't weight to hear it from someone I might get annoyed after awhile but I am looking forward to the 1st time(smile)

  11. 1st fill...2CC today tried 3CC and I kept burbing and trying to swallow the water. it really let me know my band is really working Have agreat evening everyone I'm going home to a small crock pot of soup...yum

  12. ok I just received my 1st fill My Dr treid 3CC but I couldn't tolerate water so now I have 2CC in my band. It was pretty easy and simple i'm on liquids for two days Dr said the 2nd dys the swelling is there worse Good Luck to everyone

    I only get them when I eat too fast so as time goes by I am learning to slow down and I am getting them much less
  15. Well today is 1st fill day I'm nervous and excited I will let you know how much many CC I get I don't know if there is anything in my band I keep forgetting to ask but today I will know love you guys as always thanks for the support

  18. 3wks post op yesturday 20lbs down feeling great except my stomach hurts early in the morning it wakes me up out of my sleep I drink soy milk and it helps so I think it's the acid in my stomach anyone else have this?

    Not Much Weight Lost And Hi Yall

    are you tracking how much you are eating? I use myfitness pal I feel part of the battle is knowing how much you are eating so you will stay on target obviously we can't be the best at guessing how much to eat or we wouldn't need the band but don't give up just start fresh today tomorrow is over and done fresh start hope I helped

    Alright you new Bandsters it's time for accountability LisaHolland73 post a challenge every month(it's under the general lap band forum) a I am posting a copy of her post it explains everything it's just a little accountability chart(no pressure ) any takers just copy the questions and post them under her post it's under "September Autumn Challenge" She will put everything on a spread sheet and post it so make sure to follow the forum Good luck Welcome to the monthly challenge. September is here and time to start working on Autumn/Fall activities. The Autumn Challenge is a fun way to keep track of your monthly weight loss while gaining and giving support to other bandsters.
