Had my three week check-up today... Weighting in at 221!!!! WOOHOO that a total of 30lbs in less then a month! The dr told me im doing better then expected and at my next apt on the 28th he wants to see me around 205-202,,, Im super stocked!

I went out to eat for the first time today... Chinese Food! I ordered Chicken and Broccoli... Ate 5 or 6 peices of chicken and 1 peice of broccoli and I feel like I just ate a Thanksgiving Feast!
