Aaarrrrggghhhh, I was banking on the unflavored unjury. I really need to find a way to get in more protien. I feel weak a lot and I'm almost sure it's from lack of eating/protien... Just started taking gummy Vitamins so hopefully that helps.

That is whatI think is happening to me. My period came on early and my cramps are way worse than normal. I don't know what to take for the PAIN AARRRGGGGHHHHH... I tried children's Tylenol which isn't working...any other liquid suggestions???

Five for me, one right below my bra line (small in size) then I have the one at my navel couple of inches running from my navel toward my breast area, then I have two small incisions to the right and left of my stomach then the incision for my drainage site, all of which are healing nicely ...

Which one did you try?

I can't wait to get there lol. Although doc had ok'd me for mushy foods i'm still breaking myself in easy. I'm doing fillets of fish, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, crab soup, and yogurts. Open for more suggestions thou cause apart from the runny mashed potatoes i'm only getting down a few spoonfuls (5-6 baby spoonfuls)

Lol, I'm single with a healthy drive for the opposite sex (^.^) and mannnnnnn lol b4 surgery I was busy with finals and work sooo now that things have slowed down I'm like , (In my Joey from friends voice) "Hi you doing?" lol

Yah, I can be a bit much at times, so the thought I might hurt something did cross my mind, so I'm gonna give it a few weeks or a least until I could get around with nooooo pain. Thanks for sharing your story it's appreciated.

Lol, omg and ur Stomach didn't bother you all? I still have trouble reaching up, walking for extended periods of time, heck it still hurts when I cough, sneeze or yell to loud lol...I'm guessing im nervous about my tummy contracting during $?&@.

Awe it's kool, I'm down to 188, coming from 230 I'm beyond happy. I'm glad I lost 25lbs even b4 surgery. Yesterday made a week since surgery and I have my follow up visit with my surgeon tomorrow, don't have a clue when I'll be cleared for exercise but I'm surprised I'm looking 4ward to it. Started converting the garage into a mini gym .....

I kept a sensible diet with the help of my nutritionist, then two week before surgery my doc put me on an all liquid diet. I'm a week and a day out of post op, so far so good . Prior to all liquid diet I did a lot of seafood and steamed rice, and also made sure I had decent breakfast so that I was not so hungry during the day and plenty of liquids...

1st, I'm thrilled to have found this site. I feel a lot better knowing that I have folks out there going thru the same as I. This is still new to me, I went thru the sleeve process 5/10/12 and it's quite the experience. I have a million questions and I'm hoping for some great moral support from like minds ... Judy

Two Weeks before I went into surgery I was about 208- 207 and when I weighed myself on sunday I was about 195, it goes without saying how ecstatic I am.. BTW happy to make you're acquaintance. I have an appointment with my surgeon on wednesday and my nutritionist tomorrow and I'm praying that i'm put on purees by then lol cause like you i'm pretty much over creamy Soups and crystal light haha. So fingers crossed, and keep up the good work Bugsy
