I started my pre op on Monday and haven't lost a lb. it's driving me crazy. The hunger doesn't hit me till after I get out of work. I work evenings 5pm to 1am so by 12 Ive got mini war going on in my stomache. It doesn't bother me. The no lbs lost bothers me more.

I quit on Saturday lol it's been 4 days that I've been smoke free. I really want my surgery. It's freaking hard with stress piling up but I'm doing it. I wasn't a heavy smoker just a socializing smoker. I can't say I don't miss it. But I will say I want a longer healthier life and I love perfumes!! My addiction but how can someone smell your perfume when you smell like smoke lol. My surgery is June 4th. I hope my system will be cleared oh nicotine by then. Anyone know how long that takes?

Tomorrow is day three on my pre op. I am upse cause I haven't seen a pound loss. Any suggestions? I'm doing a shake for breakfast a good meal and. Shake for dinner. I'm also walking an hour at the park everyday. Should I only do shakes? My surgery is June 4th

I wonder if she went through with the surgery. Sure hope she did.

My biggest question Are you completely naked when you into surgery? Or can you wear underwear pretty stupid thinking ... Just wondering. I know no bra, but what if your on your monthly ?

How about socks? Can we wear socks?

My surgery is June 4th. I struggled a bit cause my doc demanded me to quit back in Jan. i fell off the wagon a lot of times. Then my coordinator was taking forever to give me a date. Finally last Friday when I got the date they told me to start my liquid diet yesterday. I had my last cigi fun on Sarurday. I haven't smoked one since. I think I'm done with the hardest two days I'm doing good. I noticed a lot of the smokers were a pack a day smokers, I was one or two cigs a day so I knew I could stop. I'm feeling great, getting my hour of walking at the park everyday, love the shakes, I just don't like the eating cause I get the runs. If rather shake up the whole day lol. Do they shave you down there before surgery?

Believe it or not that's my biggest fear lol. I know it's pretty dumb but it's that lol

I'm taking the bariatic shakes and love them!! Especially the chocolate mousse lol. Trust me you will be looking forward to the shakes. I've been taking them for about a month to help lose weight. I noticed that if I'd eat any kind of meal id get the runs. Today is day two of my pre op diet and it's going awesome. Try not to think about the what you can't have anymore. I know you can get through it!

I'm on mine already. Just stay focused on the prize and you'll see we will be fine
