I only had pain the first week back to work. Today was the second week back and I feel awesome. I know you'll feel better soon. be strong n if it's too much to handle get urself an appt

Im a month out on Monday Mina and I'm already eating food chicken beans fish shrimp. if my doc were as strict as yours I'd be weak lol

I actually enjoyed my Chikfila salads right before my sleeve n I've been craving one. I can't have any red meat cause it comes up fast. I thought I could at least look forward to having a salad again lol. No smoking feels soooo good

I moved my hand up to wave bye and my ring flew across the room lol heavy ring lol three weeks out. I was a 9 and resized to 11 looks like I'm gna have some extra gold when I down size !! Yay!! -
I couldn't resist. I grabbed a few dill slices of dill pickles n sucked the juice then I spit out the pickles lol just craving the juice. Oh damn i want a pickle bad.

I quit cold turkey two weeks prior to surgery. No complications here. A lil flem but only first day after surgery. I'm still smoke free almost a month out
