I am now down to 218! I am real excited. It's almost been 3 months now and I still get quite nauseous with everything I eat and drink...ugh

I am utterly discouraged today...why am I gaining weight. I gained 2lbs and I am doing everything I need to do....I'm sad

I got really sick for the first time today...really weird thing is that I didn't even eat anything and I threw up lol. I hope things continue to progress well for me and my weight loss. 21lbs down! Thank you Jesus!

So I got back from vaca and I noticed I lost 9 more pounds. I admit, I did not eat as healthy as I should have but I sure did try! This is a very slow process but it feels good especially when people start to notice your weight loss :-)

I am going on vacation and I really hope I can stick to this strick diet. I am not too worried for the simple fact that I can't eat much even if I wanted to but I sure do miss regular food. This is an extremely hard process and I have only loss 10lbs in 2 weeks....ugh
