  1. I have it also had my sleeve June 6th I think I am swallowing too much air and drinking too fast I drink coffee all day long. If you find out anything let us all know good luck to all.

  4. I took one week off and felt pretty good though I did get a bit tired around noon for a few days, but as mentioned before everyone is different for me it was fine and I needed the distraction. Good luck in your journey

I was sleeved on june 6th so far I have lost 13 lbs I am very dissapointed I went from a band to the sleeve when I first had my band I lost a pound a day.I really thought that I would have lost more by now and I am NOT allowed to do any type of exercise except walking which I can hardly do I am having total knee replacement the end of this month I pushed this surgery because Ithought it would make my knee surgery easier if I were down 30 or 40 pounds but I guess thats not going to be the case and I really dont know how I could eat any less that i am already eating
  7. I am 21 days post op and every 2 or 3 days I have so much bloating and gas even though I am taking 2 prilosec daily is this normal??

Hello fellow sleevers, I am 16 days post surgery and I don't think i could gag down another protein shake to save my life I am supposed to be getting at least 70 grams of protein a day and am not I was drinking myoplex and liked it and all of a sudden I cannot stand it any suggestions? Thank you in advance

  10. I am one week out and for some reason I find myself angry and frustrated with just about everything has anybody else felt this way? I am so mean I can hardly stand myself..

I knew I was going to have the sleeve and they would make me quit smoking so instead of being forced into it, I did it myself with nicotine patches I have smoked for over 40 yrs and tried several times (at least 8)to quit for some reason this time it has stuck with me. It is difficult but I am sure if you really put your mind to it you will succeed every day the cravings dont last as long. Good luck

  14. I had my surgery on June 6th. Is it normal to be soooo tired and seriously I can hardly stand water it makes me sick and the smell of food makes me have to leave the house while everyone else has dinner.
