  1. I've always worn spanx' date=' even when I was a size 2 previously I wore some sort of Spanx like product. I don't exactly hit the gym daily and I like to rein in the jiggle factor as much as reasonable.

Typically I wear the high waist tights under cloths. Funny thing though....my danged spanx are getting too big LOL You KNOW you've lost weight when your spanx start slipping down on ya heh heh

  2. Have any of you used it works global wraps? I'm not trying to sell them or anything. I have a friend who did sleeve over a year ago. Her and hubby had their surgeries a few weeks apart and have used the wraps since a week post op. They both swear by them. They have no sagging skin. She's showed me and I was thinking of trying one but need my area where drain was to heal more.

Someone does sell a type if wrap here where i live but i havent tried them yet. I was trying to find someone who has had success with them but yet to find someone. Here its like 40 bucks a wrap. Maybe ill look into those .thank ya!

  4. Immediately after surgery' date=' I felt great! Never used the pain meds that were sent home with me! About 2 weeks after surgery I began having extreme pain in my lower left abdomen. My surgeon hospitalized me at my follow up visit to do a Catscan. They say the Catscan was normal and I, "probably pulled a muscle." I'm now 4 weeks out from surgery and am still in severe pain. It's not a constant pain, but the action of standing, sitting, laying down, sitting up, bending over (I try not to do this at all because its the worst), even squating (TMI warning) to use the potty is super painful. Has anyone else had this experience? If so, how long did the pain last?[/quote']
