yikes!i just got my meal replacement powder from the drs office today so ill be starting mine FORSURE tomorrow.i know im gonna feel the same way your feeling

i was told if i cheat to cheat with protein.so im gonna do the two meal replacement and if i feel an urge then ill eat lk a boiled egg or piece of cheese

i have the exact same feelings!what if i dont make it out.we just gotta put it in gods hands and know that our lives will change forevef but for the better :-)

i feel the EXACT same way.Im having mine july 10th and kinda having second thoughts i start my pre op diet on wednesday again.i was rescheduled from june 6 so i did the diet previously and did not do well with it.so everyone says if u cant so the pre op diet then your not ready for the actual surgery :-\ not sure but i am in the same boat with u

ok and bad news from me..my insurance is STILL pending approval sooo i wont be a june sleever anymore :-( next available date isant until july 2..i did the pre op diet now i have to go it all over again closer to then.pretty upset now :-(

i can do a shake for breakfast.shake for lunch and dinner would be protein only.in between sugar free jello and boullion only.water also.i guess when i leave work im so hungry from not eating at work those those shakes that all i think about is food

my surgery is june 4th.pre op diet for 2 weeks.its really gonna kill me with memorial day coming up

ok everyone doctors office called today for me to start my two week pre op diet which consists of replacing two meals with a protein shake and one full meal with protein meats veggies ect.in between i can eat sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles.this is going to be hard ill probably want to eat my arm off lol jkjk!but my question is what is a good protein shake that tastes pretty good and will fill me up.this is going to be hard for me.im so used to snacking on chips and stuff.please any advice will help. thanks :-)

well i called my doc n they said i can do any of these you all mentioned.i bought the adkins cause it was all heb had.im gonna try these and then maybe try the ones from gnc and see how they work.this is gonna be hard i love food lol

ya ur right all the docs have different instructions lol.they sell one there at his office but i think its pretty pricey.im going to call and see if they have a list i can go off of.thanks :-)

hello everyone ive recently decided to go ahead with the sleeve.ive already done everything i have to just waiting on insurance approval from boon chapman.anticipated date june 4..im very excited but im scared i wont wake up from surgery.ive had several surgeries done but for some reason,this one gives me cold feet .maybe its cause i watch too much greys anatomy lol.jk.but does anyone else have this same feeling.and is it a sign to cancel?feeling mixed emotions cause i have two kids and i am a single parent.my kids need me!then i think of the weight i will lose and feel good about that :-) hope i can find some pals on herw.good luck everyone

i wish u could be the same way but i work in the hospital in the admitting dept soo everyone basically knows or will know lol.other than that just my immediate family

i am feeling the same way..ive got anothr 3 weeks and i can feel the anxiety coming on.your right this is elective versus all other surgeries.we just have to ask jesus for help and guidance and to live a healthy life afterwards :-)
