I drink a Protein Shake 30mins before and one 30mins after. EAS Advantage have a good strawberry one thats 17gm of Protein, 100 cals, and only 2.5gm of carbs. I drink that brand almost exclusively.

Im 6 months post out and been on a stall for the past 7 weeks. Very frustrating when i have 50pounds to goal weight.
God you too? 5 1/2 months out - bout to start the 4th week stalled.. 50lbs to go

Its not physically possible to give up - it just sure beats the hell out of you emotionally... Considering everything we have to change... Giving up out only means of emotional support.. Etc.

So ive been stalled at 228-230 since May 15... Im at the point i dont even get excited about the possibility of seeing a loss. Im 5 1/2 months out and wondering if maybe this is it... Im still 48-50 lbs from MY goal of 180. The BMI chart says I should be at 168 to be the HIGHEST normal for 5'9". Ive been getting 70-100gm Protein, plenty of Fluid, tried cutting carbs, tried upping carbs... I eat 1000-1200 calories a day. I started working out regularly 3-4 weeks ago... Walking 3.5 mph at a 5% incline for 30 minutes then weights after.
Im seeing my arms and feeling my legs grow but shouldnt this INCREASE my fat burning and help the weightloss??
Has anyone stalled this long this far (or further) out? Whats your story? Howd you handle it and not get angry/depressed?? Is this it? Looking for any hope right now..

People like that make this forum a not so nice site to come to. Clearly still miserable with herself. Ask your doctor and see what they say. Do what makes you happy!! In the end you are all that matters! Good luckAmen. This place is nothing like it was when i joined last year. So many rude people. OP asked for feedback - not a sermon. Maybe she cant handle others kicking her off her soap box.
And so what if she went to MX? Shes still alive i see. No complications from what I can tell. Not everyones insurance will pay the god awful price that US doctors charge. Some have to pay out of pocket. Guess what - most of what you use/wear/drive is probably made in China.
So?

Is this a SERIOUS question???!!!! I'm three years out and I knew PRIOR to surgery that cokes.....carbonated drinks' date=' were the ONE thing I was not EVER suppose to do. Someone else asked you and I didn't take the time to see if you responded, but why would you WANT to. There is NOTHING about a soft drink, regular or diet, that is good for you. [/quote']
Im pretty sure it was or she wouldnt have wasted her time asking it.
Im pretty sure she knows the rules, but was curious about others experiences. No reason to jump down her throat. If you dont have an experience then not much reason to post?

I am 4 months post op and I would love a drink of cold soda anyone tried soda yet?I know you didnt ask this question to be preached at - which will undoubtedly happen.
Im five months out. I have one every week or two - nothing like I did pre-op.
started at four months out.

I'm six months out and I have loose skin on my arms' date=' inner thighs, and tummy. It's not too bad. [/quote']Same here. Ive started lifting to try to fill the space up with muscle. So far i can tell theyre getting bigger but still dealing with loose skin.

Okay so' date=' i have not lost weight in 2 mos. and June 11th will be my 6 mos out. I was in my last semester of RN school and i totally stopped going to the doc, stopped checking forums, stopped being a sleever. I am 51 lbs down and my "honeymoon" is over. I called and made a appt with my doc and dietician and joined the gym today. I want to reset my sleeve and i saw that some people go back on liquids. Does it work? and how long? Anyway, I have to get back on track. I saw some old pics last night and i saw the sadness and misery on my face. I can NEVER go back there.[/quote']Youll get going again. Ill be watching for feedback on resetting too. Theres something out there called five day pouch test which may work.
