I keep my day at about 1000 calories.

I do track my meals using my fitness pal. I don't feel full or done but I stop eating and make sure my calories are low and Protein high. I am the same as I was in September. A plateau is one thing but not getting anymore fills is another.

I am at 5.7cc I had to fight my doctor for .2cc since October 2012. He feels I am close to the green zone, but I know I am yellow. I still eat more than I should. I have days when I am really strict and stick with it but I still haven't lost any weight. I have been hovering around 170 since September. I don't know what to do. I feel the doctor isn't helping me to get to my goal weight. I have only lost 40 pounds and have 50 more to go.

So how is everyone doing? I am not losing any since last fill

Well thank you all, I went for my first fill the other day, went well. I was under my goal weight. Still wish it could go faster but am trying to be patient. My NP said I should only eat 1/2 cup at a time. It's hard but I am sticking to it. I am so hungry, I go for my next fill next week.

Good job, I can't wait to be in a large again.

I was banded on May 4th and lost 11 lbs since surgery, 26 lbs all together but I am stalled, I eat like I am supposed to and am integrating exercise but I am still not losing. What can I do?

I have got back to my weight that I was on surgery day, I am excited to start losing. Not much has pain anymore and quit taking pain meds on day three.

I was banded May 4, I am hungry but not too bad. I am keeping my eye on the prize and my husband has been a great help.
