Are you getting in your Water and how much Protein ? My dr said there would be stalls but up increase protein if my protein was low. It will pass mine did!!!

I have a question can you eat seafood like Crab Legs. I am 3 weeks post op.

Depends on your dr. I am on full liquids for 5 weeks post op!

I am 4 weeks post op and it's night and day!!! I feel much better!.

The thing I used most at the hospital was an extension cord for my phone charger. The wall was so far away this was a life saver!

Apple juice went down much better than Water for me and chicken broth. Try anything to make sure you get in fluids . But it gets much better everyday. I am 8 days post op! Welcome to the losers bench!!

My surgery was 7/31 and I did not see any weight loss until I got in 65grms of Protein and my water!! It will come promise ! Remember your body is healing and it is holding on to whatever it can!

I couldn't get all my liquids in either! But the dr sad continue to sip. Once my stomach senates I could drink more. Today is post op day 6 and I took in 3 Protein Shakes and 10 ounces of water!! Every day gets better!

I was sleeved on 7/31 and Water is hard. The warmer the drink the better for me. I have been doing applie juice with no sugar added. And ic pops!!!

I had surgery ontues. I had an in q pump that that pain meds go directly to my stomach . I also had a morphine pump. I was sore but not bad. the anesthesiologist also put a naseua patch behind my ear so I did not have any vomitting. All in all was a great experience !

I'm doing well. My doc keeps you here for 3 days. Which I am thankful for!! I am sorry and thirsty . Had my first Popsicle today and bout 2 oz of juice. That's sad to

Thank you guys so much! I am on pins and needles! The clear liquids are making plenty of room for me to clean! I have shampooed everythig! Which' date=' if you think about it is kind of awesome bc I have found I have so much time! Then, you get kind of disgusted when you realize that all of this "time" was spent eating, thinking about eating, cooking, snacking... It's very liberating! But, at the same time, my mind is playing tricks and I have sadness and loss for food. How sick and twisted is that? I am mourning Olive Garden breadsticks and baked ziti. Wow...[/quote']

Day 5 of my preop was a bad day for mourning food. I know exactly what you are feeling!!! When that happened I came to this sight and looked at all the before and after shots and that made me feel much much better!!!!

My surgery is Tuesday too!!

Just got the call from doctor Nick's office. I have to be at Presbetaryn Dallas at 6:00 am. on monday. Can't wait to see the new transformation over the next year or so that it will take too lose all this weight..... YEEEEEEAAAAA!!!!!

At the doctors for my 1 week preop apt I can't believe that next week at this time I will be sleeved!!!! I am soooooo nervous and excited. I can't even image a skinny me, I have never seen her. I know that is crazy!! So far I have lost 13pds on the preop diet but I an hungry. Counting the days till Tuesday !!!!!!!

Weight today = 287

Long term goal = under 200 by Christmas!
