  3. Thank you ladies. What's weird is that when I was at my heaviest my period was 100% normal! I'm 180 lbs now at 5'6 and only now am I truly having issues.. Such a pain. We probably will have a baby sooner rather than too much later, I've got 40 lbs left to lose and my DH is a strength and conditioning coach!

  4. Aw I'm sorry to hear that! Im planning on having a third probably in the new year (I'm still young 23) so the idea that after having a third I may need to have a hysterectomy is a scary thought.. But god does this heavy bleeding suck!

  5. Hey! So, I've been having issues with my period ever since having my second daughter. I was put on the Nuva ring and told to only allow myself to have 4 periods a year because i was bleeding so heavily i was becoming anemic. For awhile that worked and then I ended up hemmorhaging on it & was taken off. My period continued to go on for nearly 2 weeks and bleeding very heavily (pad and super plus tampons I'll go through in a matter of 1 hour)

My dr suggested I get a non-hormonal birth control as ive had too many complications with hormonal ones and I now have a Nova-T IUD and my periods are just as bad :(! I'm so frustrated and have no idea how to fix this as my Iron has been once again dropping like crazy! I wish I could just have no period all together but want a third child in the near future... Anyone else go through this?

  6. Haha! I didnt take the time to go through all 22 pages of this discussion but I have to say I've experienced the hate side, and the love side of anal sex. My ex husband and I tried it about half a dozen times and It was so painful I would cry and we would stop, I'd go a period of time and figure for him I'd try it again l.. Bad call. With my current BF we do it a few times a week and it's fantastic! (his length is the same but not as thick) I've experienced many orgasms from it without any other stimulation and have to say they are crazy good!

Guess I'm another odd woman out :D! But I do have to say it all depends on the partner. My ex and I had no experience with it, where my current BF had a fair amount and he took it very slow for a couple of months and gave me time to adjust.

  7. Hey everyone!

My name is Breanne, and I am currently new to the online world of Lap band Support...and so far I LOVE it. I have been reading topics on here for quite some time before I *finally* decided to become a member.

A little background on myself. I'm 23 years old, and was banded June 9 2010..It was probably the best decision I have ever made. I always had an unhealthy relationship with food as it were, and I started sneak-eating from a very young age (about 7) and as I got older it turned into binge eating...Because I was so active luckily my weight didn't really begin to spike until about highschool when I started Gr.9 I weighed 125lbs, by the time grade 11 hit i was 176! Having two kids young never helped, and because of all the fad diets I had been on i found i couln't lose weight properly anymore and i was constantly hungry. Hitting my highest weight of 260 (while pregnant) was a serious shock. Just after my second daughters first birthday is when i was banded..and I have never looked back.

I've gotten off track many times letting my restriction get too loose and starting to eat bigger portions, but since Í have found this site, and all of the amazing meal ideas I am down 8 lbs in less than a week! Since my journey has been re-jump started and I have found the motivation necessary to take good care of myself I hope that you all can keep me on track :P

    Look forward to meeting everyone!

    Breanne

  8. Hey! I can honestly say that i don't remember very much nausea at all from my surgery. The pain is definitely bearable and wasn't too bad. ( I've had 2 c-sections so i definitely expected worse) Like your self i have been reading from this site for quite some time but just joined today!

I wish you well with everything, i'm sure it will go smoothly and you'll wonder why you were so concerned!

    Best wishes,

    Breanne
