  1. thanks I'm super excited to be having it
  2. u do realize that ur building muscle and it weighs more than the fat ur burning, right? Stop agonizing over the scale and look at how ur clothes are fitting, etc. u can be losing inches and the scale may not have moved. I am to do nothing other than walking until after 6 weeks, then light workouts, building from there. A 2 hr workout seems like u may be overdoing it a tad
  3. I can handle anything but needles/IVs. I have fainted so many times getting blood drawn it is ridiculous and I havent ever made it thru an IV without fainting and I have had no less than 10
  4. oh, I definitely will. I already made sure he'd let me see my stomach they take out, oh, and i can put gloves on and touch it, how gross and interesting at the same time
  5. oh I'll be so thrilled when I lose my panties too

  13. Yes Tibbie!!!! I've already got our bikinis picked out! Do u want the pink or the purple one? JK , but I am looking forward to not tugging at my clothes self-consciously bc I'm so low on self esteem. Those days will soon be over
  14. No, but I'm a fan of Bruce Lee...so ur probably in good hands
  15. got my date for july 19 to "get my sleeve on"...which is sorta like getting my groove on but with a less embarrassing outcome... anywho, it is with Francisco Gonzalez, a member of the BajaMed Group and I'm super happy... and If y'all watched my 2nd vlog and I looked dumb, well, I'm sorry
  16. wow, My name is April Davis Gilley....hmmm... maybe we're related. I looked at Almanza for mine but there were some aspects that I didn't care for so I am Going with Francisco Gonzalez, with the BajaMed Group. People knock Mexico but it is because they are uninformed. I plan to go back to the same group for Lasik and then Plastics. U just can't beat the experience and the price. It was great to meet y'all and don't be strangers
  17. Hang in there Slim! Ur doin great
  18. oooh, thanks and congrats to you too! You're a month ahead of me and I'll definitely be watching ur progress
  19. food has been your friend, your outlet for so long that food is where you turn. This is why we need to see a counselor or therapist. They help us to let go of the codependent relationship we have with food. Personally, I already see a counselor and I take Abilify, and I havent even had my surgery yet. But I know that I have to learn to hold my sky up. You too can learn that food cannot be ur comfort anymore. I'm not saying you need meds bc I take them, but you do need guidance and a therapist and nutritionist will provide that for u. This site is a great resource, but you need to go a step further and talk to a professional. We will always be here if u need to vent and if you need to, contact youp pcp and she/he will help you
