My doctor asked me to do 1 week clear liquids..can have unjury.. I really wish I would have gotten the sample pack cause unjury smells so bad..I'm gonna have a hard time drinking it.

So I messed up my pre-op diet...fresh start today!

I lost my baby wolf ( one of his many pet names) in November and think about him everyday.. It has gotten easier. But still 12 years with my baby Casper were a blessing. I wish you the best at this tough time

Just scheduled my sleeve for 8/14 and I'm so excited that I can't sit still! I have been reading this board every day and I can't wait to be on the other side of the surgery. I have all my pre-op tests done and I just need to lose 2 more pounds which will be no problem. I am just so excited! Never thought I'd be excited about surgery!

I got Ginnie/ahh bras knockoff from Ross.... 2 for 4.99 they fit like a dream I have them on right now in class...ladies you don't have to spend a tom on money on transitional bras..

Well how about going to Ross or marshals/tj maxx.. Bras are like 5 to 10 bux there.. Just to hold u over til you stable out your weigh then thou can buy the good stuff...

I have to take a laxative 3 days before..I'll probably take mag citrate..

that does not sound bad to me at all .. esp. since ur going the liquid 3 days before.. do u have to add the laxative 3 days before surgery?

i think the arms 4 sure.. but the elyptical helps with that allot of u try to focus on ur arms while on it ..meaning .. just dont hold on .. acutally work them out .. its helped me in the past during other weight loss attempts .. and i plan to do it once i have surgery and am allowed to workout ..

technically im not doing a pre-op diet cause im just doing induction phase till i go on vacation. ( i wanna fit in to a few outfits) but then i plan to go right back on Atkins till i have to start my liquid diet 1 week before surgery.. its been hard but last night i tried on a few things and im starting to get the loose feeling in my clothes .. and that feels great!!

I have a whiteboard that im using as a goals board .. with insprational things and my daily weight.. feeling good about it all so far.. lol but talk to me in a week when i havent had cheetoes.. its my addiction lol

i cant wait til im 5 mos post op and need to go shopping for new clothes!!

i always tell my self im gonna go in to debt when i get to goal cause im going to go clothes crazy!

the first few days are always the hardest.. but so far so good ..lceaned out my kitchen and all the "bad" things are gone !! i scheduled my surgery at 303 and im now 297.. i know its not much of a loss but its going down and thats the goal... i hope to loose 20 lbs by the time i go in for surgery in aug..
