I haven't bought any goal clothes cause I have a ton of clothes that I don't fit in to. So they are my mini goal clothes..lol once those don't fit me I'll buy more. I'm planning on buying some unjury stuff like the broth everyone seems to love for my pre and post op diet. Side note. Ausie lady on the post.. Are you the one going to almanza in mid August...my coordinator mentioned Australian ladies..just wondering if that was you ..if so I'll see you there so excited Oh and fyi a easy way to convert kg to lbs multiply the kg by 2.2 and that's you're answer.

Hi ladies. I'm so happy that we got a good little August group going. Today I bought a bike and went for a long ride I wanna get on a fitness regimen. So that's my little victory for today.

Aww honey don't say that.stay strong and you will see it will work out.I'm self pay and going to Mexico in August. have you ever thought go going there? It's cheaper and I'm latina so I speak Spanish. If by any chance it falls thru your welcome to come in August with me so I can have someone who speaks Spanish help you. I know u don't know me but were all sleeve sisters here.. Keep you're chin up.

Finally some August people ! I'm going to Dr.Almanza in Mexico, my surgery is on the 14th..I'm so excited it's all I think about...I am 303 last time I checked..and 5'9 and a size 22. I hope to get down to 150.. I have to do a 1 week liquid diet. I'm making changes to how I eat from now. So it's not so hard in the future. I read these forums far too much lol...and really am scared that I will have a stall like some people mention. I just plan to stick to the plan religiously and not cheat. I'm going to start waking and riding my bike.

I'm a nurse working the night shift too.. My job is mostly desk work since I work in drug rehab, but I'm worried about being so tired at night once 3 am rolls around. I'm planning on going back to work 1 week post op since my job is desk work
