i think the arms 4 sure.. but the elyptical helps with that allot of u try to focus on ur arms while on it ..meaning .. just dont hold on .. acutally work them out .. its helped me in the past during other weight loss attempts .. and i plan to do it once i have surgery and am allowed to workout ..

thats wonderful chicagochic i hope u reach ur goal! what does ur nut say about ur revision? technically im not doing a pre-op diet cause im just doing induction phase till i go on vacation. ( i wanna fit in to a few outfits) but then i plan to go right back on atkins till i have to start my liquid diet 1 week before surgery.. its been hard but last night i tried on a few things and im starting to get the loose feeling in my clothes .. and that feels great!! I have a whiteboard that im using as a goals board .. with insprational things and my daily weight.. feeling good about it all so far.. lol but talk to me in a week when i havent had cheetoes.. its my addiction lol i cant wait til im 5 mos post op and need to go shopping for new clothes!! i always tell my self im gonna go in to debt when i get to goal cause im going to go clothes crazy!

the first few days are always the hardest.. but so far so good ..lceaned out my kitchen and all the "bad" things are gone !! i scheduled my surgery at 303 and im now 297.. i know its not much of a loss but its going down and thats the goal... i hope to loose 20 lbs by the time i go in for surgery in aug.. thinking of adding a ticker.. humm

OK so I want to start my blog and my before and after pics ect.. But I don’t know anything about cameras.. and I need a decent one. I’ve seen many people’s videos on YouTube and some have really bad sound/picture quality.. I don’t know what to get ...does anyone have any idea.. and I don’t want to spend more than 300.. and 300 is pushing it .. I want something that I can use as a digital camera since mine is due for an upgrade but also something that will take a good video with good audio ect.. I tried going to the stores but I just feel like they are b.s'ing me to buy the more expensive camera.. Help please

Stupid question but how would I have it stay standing..do they have holders for that?

Yesterday I rode my bike for 7 mi. it was great and I felt amazing afterward..going to try getting to my moms house this time its 13.2 miles away.. I'm gonna have her on standby in case I get too tired and she has to pick me and my bike up..lol

I'm a Ross girl too! I refuse to pay full price for anything..Can't wait to fit in the smaller stuff so much more variety.. I just wish they had more size 11 shoes..but who knows maybe I'll be a 10 once the weight is gone..and that works be sweet! I can't wait to be able to rock some heals..like long sexy ones..

They can always put tape over it..it's white surgical tape..

I guess I'm more interested in expanding my options in clothes than in men.. I can't wait to go shopping in my new body.. .that's what really get me excited in this journey I'm about to go on..

Hi all .. One thing I find weird is that some people seem to think that weight loss will solve relationship issues.. Or help you find someone..maybe it's just me but..I don't to be with someone who only wants to be with me cause I'm thin or look a certain way. I'm not doing this to find love or to lure a man. I'm doing this for me for my health and my own wants..not the wants of some hypothetical dude who wouldn't have looked at me twice pre op.
