Does anybody know were I can find a plate that has the specific porportions for lap band patients. I'm pretty sure I'm eating more than I should.

Yeah I just got my second fill on Tuesday. I think I have 4cc in it now hopefully I'll only need one more fill. I'm planning on stepping up my workouts also!

Since being banded 10/31/12 I've lost about 32 lbs(includes what I lost on 1 week pre op diet)

I started at 328, currently I'm at 296. I'm kinda feeling like my weight loss is going slow!

I was banded on Halloween 2012! My weight loss is going slower than I expected! Can you give me an idea of how your diet is? What your daily meals are like?

So happy weighed myself this morning and the scale read 299.0!!! I haven't been in the 200's in years feels so good! Was banded Halloween total down 24 by my scale 29 by the doctors scale!

Well the doctor's office heard from Aetna. I can't believe it but I was denied I am 5'3" 215 pounds' date=' pre diabetic, elevated blood pressure and high cholesterol . I did the six month supervised and only lost a few pounds ( but didn't gain) and was denied. We are waiting for the letter to find out why so we can appeal it. I am heart broken and have been so upset since I heard.[/quote']

I'm so sorry this happened to you! Please don't give up, appeal the decision as soon as possible!!!!

Since I started mushies I haven't lost any more weight! This week I'm on regular foods and I'm kind of concerned that I'm not losing. I've been working out at the gym and I'm so close to being back in the 200's I'm 302.2 started pre op diet at 323. I'm just so anxious to hit my first big goal any suggestions on how to get the scale back moving?

Yes I gained 2 lbs but they told me that was expected and it would take a couple weeks for my body to adjust and they were right.

I was wondering what was happening to me, I gained a couple pounds too on mushies, I'm gonna start working out to get them back off

I had to get phazyme I think how you spell it ) for gas it's stronger than gas. X and gas x did nothing for me

Hi I had the surgery on Oct 29 and this gas in my shoulder is still ridiculous! Its in my neck and shoulder. Ive been walking even taking gas x I cant get rid of it. How long is it suppose to last?

I'm a week post op today and just started experiencing the gas pains in my shoulder yesterday and it sucks because today is going to be my first day back at work! I'm hoping the gas pains only last a couple weeks!!!

I got approved.... Just waiting for my call from the surgeon to schedule surgery.... I hope it is not more than two weeks out

Thank you. They told me 15 days and one woman was like call in everyday. So I am calling every few days' date=' but the woman was very rude today and told me they don't have to tell me. I am going to keep trying. I would like to get surgery before Thanksgiving due to family functions in December. How long did you take off of work? I am thinking two weeks?[/quote']

I was banded on the 31st, I took my prescribed medicine on 11/2 and crushed it like it was recommended. Then on 11/3 and 11/4 I decided to take it regular just to see how it would make me feel since it's not a huge pill (size of a capsule aspirin) Is it ok to keep taking in regular form since it goes down without a problem??
