I am one month and one day out of surgery. I really think the protein makes a difference... I eat about 60 or more grams a day. It is slow but I knew that going in so I am okay with it. I want a consistent loss so I am willing to take it slowly. I do understand about wanting to see the scale go down every day. These past two weeks I slowed down but I am fitting things differently.
