today was ok. went to a reunion the to the Pool. I got a lil hot and dizzy do I asked the lady of I could sit in the Pool office. thank God she said yes. I felt a lil better. made the two hour drive home, now I'm relaxing with a house full of people.

Yesterday I did some shopping...I bought 4 pair of jeans

Yesterday I did some shopping...I bought 4 pair of jeans size 36 and alot of shorts size XL. I am still shocked. I look good and feel even better. Gm ppl

I'm down 33 pounds. feeling good and looking good.

I'm at home. this is day 3 since surgery. I have been walking and getting my fluids. overall, I feel ok.

I weighed on at 251. Two pounds from my goal.

i went shopping this weekend....i was like a kid in a candy store. never in my adult life have walked into a store and not have toask for something in a larger size. everything i saw i could wear. it was just a matter of what i didnt want verses what i had to settle for. yeah, thats cool. lol

I toughed it out and was able to play tonight. still coughing a lil bit but I'm good.

thankful for my friends. thank you for making this trip so much easier to deal with. im blessed...truely

I want my date for June, but it seems like Im getting calls to play more than I used to. Its a good thing but my equipment is so heavy that i can lift it after surgery unless I have some roadies. lol My last show is June 16th and fathers day is the 17th so why not shoot for that week, right? lol. Well we will see what happens.

My mind and body had been thru so many changes. Everyday I'm learning more and more about myself. I like the new me.

head hunger sucks.....never thought I had it. boy was I wrong.
