  2. Woohoo! Now go reward yourself with a bra that fits!!! (Poke, poke)
  3. Interesting http://dancingblonde.tripod.com/id39.html
  4. Fiber one makes cottage cheese!? Is it fibery? I don't think I'd love it w salsa. My mom used to make it with applesauce. I like it with pineapple (cold). Some put pepper.
  5. They drained my bulb quite a bit and did after the blue dye. Oh. I was REALLY unimpressed w the leak test guy @ mi. He rushed me through there so stinkin fast. I really didn't feel like he was thorough at all. I've seen videos of leak tests. Nothing like that. #randomrants
  6. I'm 6 weeks and I get 600-800 calories. My shakes are pure brand from Walmart, 110 calories, 20 G Protein and like 4 carbs. Have you ever done the first phase of Atkins before? Thats almost what i try to follow. It seems like you're getting quite a few carbs (spring rolls). I don't eat bread. If I do it's a fluke "oh my gosh I must eat that now" kind of thing. I'm sorry I didn't answer your message the other. Uh. Week. :/ I'll try to get back to you. I'm out the door right now. I'm amberlylane13 on mfp if you'd like to see what I eat.
  7. Can I say thy blendtec is a mighty blender as well.right up there with the vitamix (mine was 499 - designer series) and is pretty amazing. Much smaller than the vitamix too and fits under the counter. Also, and this is personal, but I love that it doesn't look like it came from the 70's. Love my blendtec. I have that and 2 juicers. A brevillea for days I don't want to stand around forever and an Omega 8004 for when I have time. . The juice from the omega is much better and it does much better job with greens. The juice from the grevillea is almost grainy and has a lot I air bubbles in it. Love them all for different purposes tho.

    Already!?
  9. I am 5.5 weeks. I get approximately 2 oz 3x a day. A smack in the evening would be half oz of dubliner cheese. Mmmmm. I haven't really tried other Snacks. I get one Protein shake a day. I realize this isn't helpful to the op, but maybe for others.
  10. Uh, no! I'm 6 weeks and pretty sure I'm still sitting right at about 26 lbs lost. (Haven't weight in 2 weeks). Granted, I'm about to start af and have felt bloated for like a week now, but I REALLY doubt ill be at 50 lbs at 9 weeks. I agree With the person who said that maybe your doctor read the notes as nine months
  11. In the beginning I was never hungry. Until 4 weeks. I'm "hungry" now, but it's never the preop -eat all the things- hunger i used to know. I say "hungry" becaise even though I've been on a ppi for almost a month now, I'm starting to wonder if its stomach acid. Gonna try a new ppi when in run out. I so hope this helps and the "hunger"/hunger goes away.
  12. No complications that had anything o do with dr. Garcia. You made a great choice. He has a lot of heart.
  13. Falling, hello fello Missourian! Don't see a lot f us around here. I'm 30 minutes from Columbia. Don't like to say my exact town in the net. I lived in Marshall for a while and went to the state fair every year w my grandma and grandpa in the camper. Tes, love it!! Too bad you're not still here!
  14. I'm sorry to hear about the migraines. Have you been to a naturopath to see if maybe you are allergic to some things, etc? I have a good friend that was in excruciating pain just lifting a pot of Water (etc and so forth) and she went to a naturopath and found out quite a few things about herself. One being Lyme disease. Something drs had ruled out. I have a dry erase board up that I've written my plan out on. That should help. I'm gonna get on Pinterest and go to se of my pins and print exercises. Some muscle Groups have more than one exercise to target that area so I've decided to have red week/blue week. Where one week I'll do certain exercises / area and the other week I'll do a diff group. This way I won't get as burned out. Hopefully all that made some sense. Yawn. Been a long day. Zzzz
  15. I don't k know what to do with that information. Lol. Is that good, bad, !? I think you're right though, I'll set attainable goals. Makes a lot more sense.
  16. I'd like to set a weightloss goal weight for June 1st, but how does one go about setting a realistic but not too easy/obvious goal? I was sleeved march second. Sw 224 CW 198 Gw 173? That's 25 lbs down in the next 8 weeks. Think that's too much for me? Watch me hit my 3 week stall right now and throw me all off. Lol
  17. Oh my gosh! Did everyone survive? There are some crazy crazy people in this world.
  18. I could stop it for a few days and see what happens. Maybe. That way I could closely monitor hunger vs. acid. I don't know of I'm that brave. This feeling I have is empty, a little bit of a burn and a lot of times it's burpy/bubbly. Does that sound like hunger? I've recently started working out and I'm almost 6 weeks. I didn't notice this at all during my liquids phase, I was so amazed that I had NO hunger. Started the Dexilant a week and a Half out. I'll try nexium next John.
  19. I take it. I've never had actual reflux bit I do feel hunger and hoped it was just acid. Seems that I'm actually hungry. I just deal.
