  2. Weird double post. I've been getting dizzy though. Enough that its kindof become my norm And I don't think anything of it anymore. Is pedialyte better than Gatorade?

    Think I think you're right. I'm not happy where I am but I'm a lot happier than I was 56 lbs ago, so it's a lot easier to relax now. Isereno- ill work on making stuff that can eat too. Thanks for reminding me. A lot of times I don't want what here having. Tacos and burritos are a favorite of theirs and I haven't wanted that in forever. Meatloaf has too much carbs, not sure how to make it without bread and I don't much like meatloaf either. Spaghetti is out. Tuna noodle casserole is out. Cheeseburgers is in but I don't make those too often. What else!?

    Derailing! Help!

    I'm 166 lbs now at 4 1/2 months out and my goal is around 140. So 26 pounds to go until goal! I was JUST thinking about TWATEF and checked her latest. LOVED the one about Protein packed breakfasts and saved it to my home page on my phone. After the kids go to bed I'm gonna get a notebook and make lists of things I want to make one day this weekend from that site to keep my diet fresh. Thanks so much for the tips. Making stuff on Sunday is brilliant! I'm so on it!!

    Eating clean-ish

    I try to eat clean and get bored with my selection because I'm NOT good at putting the stuff together to make something yummy and relatively low carb. Can you give me examples of what you eat or what you might have in a day of clean eating please? I've let processed foods slip back in and I'm feeling crummy because if it.
  7. Laura, I'm proud of you for not giving up!! That's something! I think I've found the culprit. I got really bored with my foods and bought some smart ones meals and a smart ones dessert and maybe a real dessert. 0_o I have felt depressed, unmotivated and like my endurance is lacking since I've started eating those things. Gonna have to stop processed foods. I know that anyway. I'm ashamed that they have made their way into my diet again anyway.i feel like I'm derailing a bit because I'm seriously over meat and cheese. :/ Gonna spin off on that topic.
  8. I think you're right fiddle. Gonna scale back and just have fun with it or a bit. I may even make my own c25k of sorts and just kinda do me. Gotta put the fun back in this.

  10. Well I made myself go. My head and heart just were not feelin it and I just turned the app off and did my own thing. Not sure what's going on with my head.
  11. Do y'all always love love love running? I startedout that way but now I'm "meh" about it. Or I have been the last two runs. After I always feel great but I have to psych myself up for it all day. What's that about? Tell me that you all go through phases with running just like anything else in life? Do I have to love running before every single run, to be a happy runner? This is something I've dreamed of for a long time. Maybe I'm just listening to my inner lazy fat girl lately.
  12. Love reading this! So encouraging! I just decided to adapt the "whatever I want, within reason" day and I'm gonna have it tomorrow. I think it will make my other days more bearable. ) Not that they aren't. Anyway... Also, I like to stay around 1200 currently as well, throwing in at least one lower day. It kinda happens naturally though, I don't force it.

  15. How do they do with cottage cheese thighs, make it better? Emphasize it? Are they breathable, hot and miserable? I'm going to save them to my want list if they're good.

    See, I don't wanna spend too much since I know (or hope) I'll be smaller in two months. The marikas look nice but expensive! I've only got $50 to my name. The one pair of cutoff togas I've been wearing are way too big and I tie the waistband with a ponytail holder Shorts are a no go. Unless they make really long sporty ones.

    I liked they way they looked but they didn't allow me to move much. Maybe they were a size too small!? They also felt like plastic when I started sweating and I felt like my skin wasn't able to breathe at all. Yuck! I ripped those suckers off as soon as my workout was over. I wonder of the others mentioned would feel the same.
  18. I'm so proof of all of us! Who'd a thunk it, us, running!? I did it! I can't believe I went from 8+8 to 20 in 2 days. This app is crazy awesome! I forgot to stretch tho. I wonder how much damage is done. "/ I've never forgotten that again. I wanted to see how fast (er, slow?) my mile was, and I dknt think its too shabby. I cried when I finished- couldn't believe it!!
