I have a huge problem! I can unfortunately eat more than I thought after surgery I didn't get sick much and hardly do at all. I don't know I kind of wish I had a little more restraint. I want to do well and I think I am getting so stressed and than eating unhealthy foods. Vicious cycle. I have a high stress job and no time for anything. I don't want to seem like I am just looking at the negatives but I know we all know the positives... I desperately need help.

I am struggling and feel hungry...I am having a hard time with doing protein shakes and busy schedule to allow cooking meals...any suggestions?
