I've noticed that, although, i believe, we are the only group devoted to people who only eat Kosher food, nobody is posting...can we get a shoutout of poeple here and maybe get some sort of thing going on here??? Maybe tell us if you eat anything with a symbol or make sure to get just the right Rebbe's stamp???

First of all, I want to wish your mom a full and speedy recovery. Second of all, I want to congratulate you on your milestone. Thirdly, I am starting to see a few of the awesome benefs of the band...It's a rather novel experience to have to tighten my belt instead of loosen it...i can't wait until I need to actually get new clothing because what I'm wearing is too Big...

Thanks for the ideas...I got myself a Blender Bottle for the shakes and a few things of different types of plain yogurts...otherwise Im just waiting this whole mushy thing out...

Hey everybody...I was banded on 4/30 and i live in a dormitory...Its really hard to find the right types of food for the mushy diet...Does anybody have advice for me?

I prsonally use the Nutra-Bio Whey Protien Isolate in Dutch chocolate flavor...It tastes AMAZING!!!! It comes in a 2lb 5lb and 15b and 50lb container...

Surgery was 4/30 and Im on mushy foods right now...I lost almost 25lbs in 3 weeks! on the liquid dietbefore and after surgery, but now it's slowing down to the average pace...I only started to be hungry when I started the mushy diet...I can't believe I wasn't hungry at all the entire time I was on liquid...

Hi! Im Shimi. My surgery was on April 30th and I did it in NYU with Dr. Christine Ren...Im living in a dorm so it makes it hard to get the right foods for the mushy diet...does anybody have any suggestions?

not always is the loss actual pounds...sometimes its more size than anything else...don't get discouraged...
