Just follow your post op instructions... in the first few weeks you will be hunched over and in some discomfort - make sure you get plenty of rest and don't do too much even if you feel well enough! My first week post op was a walk in the park and I thought I was doing really well and over done things... I suffered for that in the following weeks.
You should be given a binder or a control garment' date=' make sure you wear it as instructed, even if it feel uncomfortable.
I didn't have Lipo (couldn't afford it) so I can't really help you on that side of things.
However, what I can say, is keep your eye on the prize... the recovery, both physically and emotionally is a long one, but the results are worth it! I am so pleased that the apron has gone and my stomach actually resembles my age now...!
Let us know how you get on... if I can help, just shout![/quote']
Thank you...i will definitely take it easy, my husband will help me out the first week or so...i hope recovery goes well I know everyone heals different and even tolerate pain in different levels. I have heard nightmares and also how easy it was. All i want is to have everything go as planned.

Hi, so im having an abdominoplasty & liposuction on the hip rolls, flanks and upper back this coming Thursday. Are there any things that I perhaps need to be aware of or take into consideration? All comments and advice greatly welcomed and appreciated. Thanx

I am a lil over 1 yr post sleeve. Im really interested in getting a Tummy Tuck and liposuction on flanks, hiprolls and upper back. I already went for a consultation and was excited. I just needed to apply for financing. So I applied with Care Credit but was only financed for half of what I need for my procedures. So I am just wondering how all of the self-pay ppl have managed to get any kind of plastics? My insurance didn't cover my sleeve so I'm positive they will not cover cosmetic surgery.

I got a loan thru duvera financial for my sleeve last yr. Now I applied for care credit for my TT, but need to call cuz they approved me for less than what I need :/ I hope they can raise my credit limit.

I'm the same way I feel like i feel off the wagon . I was sleeved on 12/30/11 and down 60 i want to lose another 50. I think what I also need to do is see a new nutritionist .Hopefully with that and getting back in the gym will do the trick. How are you doing?

I'll be a "self pay" on plastics so I need to gather estimates so I can come up w a plan to pay :/ I'm hoping I can have something done within a yr from now if not sooner.

Wondering if anyone here can recommend a good surgeon for plastics. I'm interested in having an extended TT.

Just looked up what procedures could be done to get rid of "back fat". Ladies you know what I'm talking about. You know those rolls that you get once u snap on your bra. Came across the back lift bra line procedure. I don't likr the scar that will be left. Has anyone had this done??

U look good, congrats on ur weightloss!!

I'm interested in this as well. I'm looking to get an extended TT or lower body lift but sure would like to know for how long I'd need assistance. When I had my sleeve done, I was totally good in a wk.

This is probably easier said than done but I think you are worth it! The only person that needs your love and support is YOU! Why waste your prescious and valuable time on a person that clearly doesn't care for you, your feeling and your overall well-being? There is no excuse to be degraded and mistreated by anyone, especially your husband. I say walk away from him and never look back. This is only a test to prove to yourself that you ARE strong and you DO Deserve BETTER and you can do it with out him. I'm sending you a cyber Hug to show you, that even though I do not know u personally, I'm proud of your accomplishments! You will be happy if you love yourself enough. Make yourself proud now and go for it! Walk away with your head held high!

Hi! My credit is by far good...I applied for CareCredit and had to ask for increments everyday for 3 days until I was approved for the amount I needed which was 7k....my motto is YOLO....if u get a loan to make u feel happier with urself Do It!! The ppl who only have negative things to say need to b ignored. As long as ur able to repay the loan, its nobody's business Good luck getting financed!
