  1. It's so weird how our docs have such different timeliness on when to consume alcohol...there's just huge differences. keepin it real
  2. I am 2 1/2 months out with a total loss of 37.8 lbs. I went in for my 3mo. post op appt and my doc and nut were very happy with my weight loss. I told them I was disappointed that I wasn't losing faster and they assured me I was on my way. The good thing is that even though the scale is not budging I fit more comfortably into some of my jeans and all my bras...wish the boobs would stay. Lol Everyone, keep doin what ur doin, I'm sure we will soon reach our goal weight!! keepin it real
  3. I don't want to ruin mine. But I sure would like to take a sip or two of grey goose vodka or Patron (if I dare). Either way good for u Maybe I'll chicken out and just wait. keepin it real

    Seriously People?

I, by no means, meant to be 'negative' or rude. I simply agreed that maybe she shouldn't waste her time reading what she doesnt find interesting. I think we are all entitled to our own opinion, and thank goodness for this forum where we can discuss anything with fellow VSG ppl. keepin it real

    Depressed

I was sleeved 3/12/12 and I'm down 35lbs TOTAL. That is definitely NOT great for being 2 1/2 months out :/ and I'm eating "normally". Of course I get all my Protein in first (about 60g daily) and consume about 800 calories daily, with absolutely NO carbonated drinks. At my 6 wk post op check I was consuming 400-500 calories a day and was told by my NUT that I had to up my cals to break my stall....well I have only lost 5 lbs since then..Tomorrow I go in to see my dietitian, we'll see what she tells me now, maybe up my cals again (which freaks me out, sounds like too much). This weight needs to starts dropping! Ugh! keepin it real
