The iphone app is great! You can buy the app or just use the free one and just deal with the ads. I honestly didn't think I was capable of actually running but I'm doing it! I started the program two weeks before my surgery. Now I am three days post-op and ready for my body to feel strong again. I run really slow but everyone has to start somewhere! Good luck!
