does stress hinder the healing process? does doing too much too soon hinder also?

i use walmarts body fortress whey protein powder it has26g protein 2 g sugar 140 cal i mix it with skim milk very good, and gnc has an unflavored powder 110 cal 2 g sugar 21 protein and i mix it with my crystal light,very yummy hope that hellps

im also concerned i live 3 hrs from my surgeon and and hour and a half from the closest lapband clinic, so im thinking in an emergency i wud have to just go to a local er but who knows if theyve ever dealt with them,, very worrisome

no im not,i feel so sick that i havent been drinking anything

the water might b it,im on 7 day post op and cant hardly get 2 or 3 oz of water down

im just curious how long dizziness/fatigue lasts? im day 7 post op and i cannot be on my feet very long at all,if i stand for more than 5 min i get extremely lightheaded...ideas?

i know that weight loss varies in eveyone but im wondering y ive worked so hard on pre op/post op dieting and have only lost 7 lbs? im doing everything my dr says to do. any ideas fellow lapbanders? ty in advance

oops i meant i start pureed tmr,my dr put me on sum nausea meds,lol no no im not drunk

i start mr so maybe ill feel better,my dr put gave me sum nausea med that worked 50% of the time,i wasnt allowed to talk to my surgeon after my surgery or even before i was discharged so i have no idea if theres fluid in it or not,im starting to calm down alil im gna try and chill and see what the next few days bring.. ty everyone for ur support i love this site!

im still very much at the regrettin it stage. i had it done out of medical needs and my insurance paid for it so im not sure i cud reverse it if i tried,i guess im at the yucky no energy not light at the end of the tunnel stage

im fairly new to being banded and im having a terrible time but when i really truly think about it im happy i did it,i hope u have smoother sailing than ive had,of course individual results vary, good luck

i decided to have the surgery.... so my kids wont have to be embarrassed by a fat mom so i can sit in a chair and not feel like its goin to break so i can play with my kids i can get off all my meds not always be the fattest person in the room

i wonder if i cud call the hospital where i had surgery? headache a symptom?

i know its premature im just wondering about it. very very nauseated,havent been able to get 2oz of my shake down or even 2 oz of water for that matter,very dizzy fatigued..

so i am very sick right now and am seriously thinking of having my band removed,i want to b healthy and slimmer but not if im sick all the time... know how id go about talking about a removal?
