    Taking Time Off Work?

I was released from the Hospital with zero restrictions. My surgeon said if I feel like I can do some activity then do it but if I feel like I'm not ready then don't do it. My main obstical was the severe gas that you burp up. It took about a week for the really bad gas to pass and another week got it to completely go away. 2 days post op I was up cleaning house trying to keep moving. I lifted mop bucket, laundry baskets, vaccumed floors, took out trash and walked as much as possible.

    Anger Problems

I have a Short fuse too. I take out my aggression in the gym. Plus you have to remember that the surgery is just a tool. When I accepted that it was not a magic bullet my attitude changed. Mind over matter. I have others eating fried junk, sweets, fast food in front of me and it doesn't bother me one bit because I now look at those poor food choices as the poison that got me fat in the first place. Plus I never threw out my old clothes. I kept saying to myself I'm going to fit back in those pimp daddy jeans and shirts again one day. It's a huge motivator when your leaner and healthier. I'm down almost 50lbs in less than 6 weeks. No food craving is equal to feeling this good. Good luck and stay focused! ; )
  5. I weighed 342.5 and now weigh 295lbs in less than 6 weeks! No problems, no regrets, loving my new direction in life. Back into a 2XLT! Gave away 4x and 3xl shirts! Had to cut my belts shorter, now wearing 2 pants size smaller.

    Sleeved On 3/13/2012

Thank you! The only problem that I am having is that I'm on a very tight budget and I was just told the $14.99 walmart protein is garbage. I was told to Buy only whey isolates and to avoid the whey concentrates. The whey isolate proteins are double what I have been paying. My nutritionist suggested I intake 130 to 150 per day in protein. Any suggestions for a food affordable protein supplement?
