  12. So I am 3 weeks out, surgeon told me I can eat and see what I can tolerate. I think I ate to much at a communion lunch. 3 shrimp, 2 bites of chicken, 2 bites of tomatoe and mozz cheese. Then 1/2 graham cracker in chocolate and a bite of cake. Plus 2 strawberries. Am I crazy?
  13. I am 3 weeks out and down 25 pounds, I don't notice a difference either however, I missed taking my daughter to gymnastics for the first week and when I went back this week the other moms couldn't believe how great I looked, our so they said. They see a huge difference. I don't because we look at our selves everyday. 43 pounds is huge and I an sure there is a noticeable difference. Great job! Keep it up and congrats!!!!!
  14. Sorry it posted twice, damn phone...lol
  15. I was on clear liquid for 1 week then full liquids. I saw my surgeon on monday and he told me to eat soft foods but to start eating to see what I can tolerate. My nutritionist told me 2 week clears, 2 week full liquid then 4 weeks mush. So, I do a little of everything. I typically will do a protein shake in the morning, lunch is usually tuna or chicken salad our egg salad with special k crackers another protein shake, then at dinner I will do a healthy choice which I can only do a few bites of or a white flaky fish. No pastas, no breads though. And I an afraid to do pizza, red meats and since chicken still. I do liquid like crystal light throughout the day. Apparently everyone is different.
