    Hey my fellow sleevers, I have a concern I was wondering today I am 4 wks post op and I have only lost 29 lbs post surgery is this normal. By now I was expecting at 35lbs to 40lbs since ive been told the 1st stage is when in lose the most weight... I barely eat and Ive been exercising. I don't really know what am I doing wrong... Did anyone experience something similar?
