Update.......Thank you all for the encouraging words and tips. I'm happy to say I'm finally getting back on track and I've lost 4 pounds so far. I've been exercising more and I have an appointment next week for another fill....Hope everyone is having a great day

I've had my band since Nov. 2012. I started out great and lost 43 pounds the first 3 months. But these last few months I have done terrible. I've gained back about 10 pounds and I'm so mad at myself. What are some things you did to get back on track?

Hi. I'm new also. I'm still trying to figure out how this works, lol. I have my first seminar tomorrow and my first Dr. appointment on May 9th. I'm excited and wish they could have given me an appointment sooner. Good luck with your surgery and I hope everything goes great for you.
