I am so overwhelmed for the first time in 8 years I am below 300 pounds!!!! Words can't express this joy!!! Felt so good to see a 2 on that scale!!!

I've never counted my calories and I've been extremely successful. It depends on the person I guess. I've lost a total of 101 so far and I was banded on may 24, 2012.

I have decided not to count or log calories on myfitnesspal... I got this surgery not to diet and calorie count but for a lifestyle change. And realistic I will not be able to count calories for the rest of my life. I need to know I can use this tool and be successful. Anybody else tried not to calorie count and how successful was u???
