    @ sleepyone You are so right a 6 inch sub should be too much but I was able to eat it and was still hungry so Today I am going to talk with the doctor and see whats going on and I need to make sure I don't allow myself to push the boundaries and fall back into my old habits. My daughter and Boyfriend have been calling me out on my portion sizes so that is good. I have been waiting between bites and do eat the Protein first. I think I will add a protein drink into my mix again I haven't lost anything in 4 weeks so I know I need to make changes. I will let you know what he says I track all my food and am bringing it with me. Great job staying strong you should be very proud of yourself. @debbie Skipping breakfast is not good I like the protein drink Idea as well it will be easy to grab and go. @Natalie You are also doing great! Keep up the good work!     Exercise Program

    I need to up my game as well last 2 weeks I have fallen a little eating bigger portions and not pushing the exercise settling for a lunch walk for a mile I can do so much more!! I signed up for a better gym this week they have a pool so no excuses if its hot (don't sweat much in a pool!) I love our group as well and do find myself thinking of all of you wondering how your doing so keep pushing me!! We all are going through this journey together! Maybe one day when we hit our goals we can plan a vacation together for a weekend were we can all meet and show off our sexy Body's! :wub: I go today for another fill so I am hoping it helps with the hunger I have been feeling. I also feel my Port when I bend and have to adjust when doing Yoga mostly not the best feeling....

    I put on 2 since my last fill I have noticed my portions getting bigger as well we just need to kick ourselves into gear! I will get a second fill today I hope because I have no restriction at all. We can do this!

    @ Natalie Yes I am able to eat sandwiches as long as I toast the bread when making them. I do make sure that I chew very well and I have been fine. Not sure what will happen after the next fill but for now I can. @ Debbie No skipping meals!! buy some banana's and keep them handy for a quick breakfast!!     Fills.....

    I was scheduled for my next appointment right away I go back in Friday the 29th I am sure I will be having another fill I don't have any restriction right now. I also have been holding steady for 4 weeks no loss no gain I am down 31 total since the start of this journey. I am not complaining but would like to keep moving forward.

    Hi I am having a hard time last 2 weeks I had a fill on the 15th and it seems I have been more hungry not they way I thought it would go....I see the doctor this friday so I will be chatting with him. Breakfast scrambled eggs w/ bacon cheese and jalapeno's lunch 6inch subway sun sweet onion chicken terriaki dinner 2 drum stix w/ BBQ sauce Asian noodles Asparagus snack Jalapeno pretzel Water 6 glasses Excercise walked 1 mile

    Simple Baked Haddock Haddock Fillets (as many as you want) 1 Stick butter 1 sleve Ritz crackers (Wheat) lay haddock in bottom of baking dish Season with Pepper and lemon crush crakers in bowl and mix in melted butter layers cracker crumb mix over haddock Bake at 350 for 1 hour

    I have had no problem since the fill I am slightly more restricted and have gotten stuck more (my own fault) ate too fast... I still think I can eat too much but will address that next visit and see what the Doc says I don't want to rush this process as long as I don't put on weight I am willing to wait. I have lost 31 pounds total since starting this and feel great! Patience is a virtue I am told

    Exercise Program

    I added strength last week as I also had a hernia and they wouldn't release me until fully healed felt like jello after the first day lol so out of shape for the legs and arms still walking at lunch and going to the gym after supper.

    I did get a fill on friday so had to be on liguids for that day mushy for Saturday and back to regular food Sunday I did fine I do feel like it has helped in between meals I am not hungry but I can eat more than I should we shall see. I have fought depression as well and it is one day at a time and for those really bad days 1 minute at a time if need be.

    Progress?

    I am down 29.6lbs so far and feel good about myself as well. I am able to walk 30 minutes on the treadmill and my heartrate stays @ 140 2 months ago I had to stop because my heartrate was going over 200 I can climb the stairs to go to bed without huffing and puffing and My Doctor has taken me off 1/2 my meds!!! I am so glad I did this!

    May Bandsters!

    I am just about 5 weeks out and I am hungry as well getting a fill next week June 15 so until then I must stay strong I also log everything so I am accountable for what I do eat. I am down 29 pounds total 16 since surgery. I feel better than ever My Primary care doctor is already lowering my doses of meds because my blood work is great so that in itself is wonderful!! Don't give up this will be worth it for us all!

    What Does Full Feel Like To You?

    I just started to feel hungry last week I am 5 weeks out and have no fill in my band I think the swelling from the surgery takes a while to go down. I get the pain under my left breast as well when I am full and I burp. I will have my first fill next week and will let you all know how that changes my eating. I can eat everything right now but I watch and try and keep it to @ 1 cup as well. I got stuck and have to agree not the best feeling in the world but it does go away if you relax and let it pass. The best advice I can give is to chew chew chew and just when you thought you were done chew some more!

    I do not find it fishy I was the same way will only eat Cod Scrod and Haddock shrimp is not bad either. I bake it with lemon juice and it helps. I used to have to dip it in ketchup to eat it but now have no problem eating it
