    Hi All Sorry haven't had time to post been so busy getting everything ready for the Memorial ride. Somehow I hurt my foot don't know what I did I am going to see the podiatrist today I need to be able to walk this week!! Good news is I am down some weight which is great since I haven't been eating right at all (forgetting to eat) eating late at night when I finally stop! I have been walking alot so I know that has helped! I hope MD is ok? Daisy -Happy Birthday Girl and congrats on your NSV!!! Sleepyone - Happy Birthday as well Lose It - one day at a time I did the same started going up and then talked to the doctor and had a second fill doing well now.

I am on vacation next week Actually starting tonight I lost my son 3 years ago July 11 to a tragic motorcycle accident..he and his twin brother were riding and an elderly driver pulled out in front of them. We have a bike run every year to raise money for a scholarship fund we set up in his name. So I am hoping to stay strong and keep up my exercise this week I know that it will help me burn of the aggression I feel this time of year! Stay on me if I don't go to the gym!     to be healthier to weigh less than my dad (he lost 80lbs and kept it off 2 years ago) to get off my CPAP machine permently ( I only use it once a week now) to get off all my meds (have gone to half) to wear boots to run with my grandchildren and not need oxygen

    I will be starting Monday I hope it all depends on how busy I get at work, I sometimes dont take a lunch so I can get caught up with my work. We are understaffed in my dept and I am the supervisor so it falls on me if someone is out but if not at lunch I will be going after work for sure!! Mon-Thurs as well and hoping to start some on the weekends as well although I do keep active so I know I am burning calories.

    . I have a large band and he said I have been doing so well, no throwing or getting stuck, he wants to get me to the green zone I feel great no more hunger and am able to eat the right size portions now! I can even tell when I am full!

    I got my second fill and I am now at 6cc's and feel much closer to the green zone had breakfast this morning and could only eat 1/2 the wrap I made YEAH!! I was also down some this morning from the liguids yesterday I'll take it finally movement!!

    Breakfast Protein Shake coffee w milk and 1 equal lunch 1 cup progresso chicken Soup dinner 1 cup Progresso soup snack Cashews Water 6 glasses Exercise 1 mile walk slow pace Had another fill so was on softs all day Good news is I felt full!! I now have 6cc in my band. he said that should put me close to the green zone may need 1 more to be in it but hoping this does it for me.

    So went to the doctor got another fill and asked about the soreness in the port when bending and he said it is all normal nothing to worry about it as long as it is just uncomfortable you will get used to it. I am going to start at the pool doing laps during lunch next week and then up my routine at night to @1 hour.

    That would be great I love Vegas in fact will be there in Oct this year!! We will have to see when it is and start saving for it LOL Yes I believe we will all make it in our goals!
