I think you should talk to your doctor maybe the dosage should be adjusted. I have heard this being the case for some vsg patients. We process things a little differently plus you have lost weight. Aren't prescriptions based on body weight?I know this is true for my kids. -

I think we are all obsessed pre surgery. I know it consumed me. I started a vlog on YouTube and everything. It will be a year June 15th. Good luck to you all. It was the best experience for me. My self esteem is through the roof. I feel great and totally recommend the surgery. -

Congrats! I have bouts of self control and then my poor habits start to rear their ugly head. I am trying to detox myself. I am down btwn a 4/6. I probably would have a Cinnabon bite or something. -

This happened to one of the lady's on this site. I am not sure if it is common because it has not been my experience. . I remember reading about it a couple months ago. The OP had issue with GERD after the surgery and bypass was the only cure. I hope things work out and you get some relief. Keep your head up.

I have a polar watch since I take Zumba and want to know my calories burned during my work outs. The Fitbit only really measures steps and sleep. Does the bodybugg measure calories burned on all exercises or just steps? -

Yesterday I was at 1393. I am 8 months out and I felt so guilty. Today is another day. Jumped on the scale and was165. Didn't gain a lb. I am going to try not to do that again at least until I get to goal. This was my all time worst day. Too much noshing on candy at work. -
