  1. I'm sorry if this is kind of graphic.....Last night I tried to eat a couple bites of chicken tender and I guess I ate it too fast or didn't chew it well enough, because it got stuck. (I know it's my fault and shouldn't have even tried to eat that). Anyway, I ended up throwing up, and it wasn't just a regular one. It was a very hard strenuous throw up, and now I look like I've been beat up. I look like I have two black eyes. This has happened once before.

I was trying to research online the cause of the black eyes after vomiting. No, I wasn't drunk or anything like that. I'm going to bring it up with the PA at my next weigh in this week.

I'm drinking liquids today, I'm not sure if maybe I had a virus or what. Not fun, anyway, and I'm not sure what to do, because I have to take my son to a baseball game tomorrow night and make up can't cover it up.

Has anyone else had this problem???

  2. That's a good question. I have wondered that myself. I am also on Adderall for ADD. I know I am way more hungry when I don't take it.

I have noticed in the morning, my band feels very tight but loosens up as the day goes on, even when I take the Adderall. I've also noticed it depends on the day. I have been able to eat a steak one night and can't hold down a Protein Shake all in the same day. I really have to pay attention to how my band accepts anything I try to eat.

  3. I had a bad month in March, I guess I was too comfortable. I gained 1.5 lbs. I know I ate all the wrong things, and didn't exercise enough.

I'm almost 6 mos out from surgery and my weight loss is 49 ( I think ). I was so happy in my March weigh in for losing 10, now I gained 1.5 back.

I am having a hard time getting motivated and making myself go walk. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am no where near done with my weight loss. Not even half way to my goal.

    Any feedback is welcome!

    Thank you!
