A bit bummed and really off course.

A bit bummed out.....

Day 3 Liquid Diet, surgery Jan29 and SO is being ridiculous and causing a fight for no reason.

Definetly choose love, if you love and appreciate yourself it makes your whole outlook better!

Down 90 pounds as of yesterday 19 weeks post op! Rockin it out!

Getting impatient, and I am straying from my prep work!!! Grrrr

Giddy with joy, got my referal to see surgeon. Insurance will cover it all!

Got my 4 hour appt tomorrow, doing the 24 hour non fat diet, then a 12 hour fast as the doctor said. I wish I could have a protien shake right about now.

Had sent an email to my hospital just to kinda get the feelers out for questions I had and they totally sent me a generic unhelpful email? Kinda disappointing.

I am focused on getting 88oz of water a day!

I am on the losers bench now! Getting my act together now that I am not in pain!

Really tired today, but instead of doing nothing I cleaned my house, did a 8 min speedy constant activity (running in place) and went outside to play with my baby girl.

Seminar in 2 weeks then get to schedule my inital eval so excited to get this train rolling! Plus my baby girl turns one in a week!

So got my required seminar over with get to set up my first appt with the surgeon on tuesday, but im feeling quite unresolved if I should get the band or the sleeve. I don't know if I can handle the needle or not? IDK so lost

So I am a little nervous for the actual surgery I watched a video on YouTube that I probably shouldn't have. I think I'mma stay away from youtube til after I am done LOL

So I had the 3rd off and guess what got food poisoning from my work called out the fourth and am just now feeling better today.

So my appt with the surgeon is June the 26th.

So my big appt went really well, next appt is aug 7th and that is my nutritionist appt and my test results appt!!!! Like 4 appts away from getting date

So super happy I have tomorrow off! Going to go for a walk with the baby!

So the pt gave me a therapy band to excercise with and i have no where to attatch it in my home to do the excercises he said to do idk what to do w this thing now!
