Week I dont even know and I am losing so slllloooowwwwwly

Week 25, now hitting the dreaded STALL

Down 90 pounds as of yesterday 19 weeks post op! Rockin it out!

I am on the losers bench now! Getting my act together now that I am not in pain!

Day 3 Liquid Diet, surgery Jan29 and SO is being ridiculous and causing a fight for no reason.

Really tired today, but instead of doing nothing I cleaned my house, did a 8 min speedy constant activity (running in place) and went outside to play with my baby girl.

Went to my Body Mod. class, today it went well. Just have to find someone for my psych eval that will actually do and eval!!!!

So the pt gave me a therapy band to excercise with and i have no where to attatch it in my home to do the excercises he said to do idk what to do w this thing now!

So my big appt went really well, next appt is aug 7th and that is my nutritionist appt and my test results appt!!!! Like 4 appts away from getting date

Got my 4 hour appt tomorrow, doing the 24 hour non fat diet, then a 12 hour fast as the doctor said. I wish I could have a protien shake right about now.

A bit bummed out.....

So I had the 3rd off and guess what got food poisoning from my work called out the fourth and am just now feeling better today.

Definetly choose love, if you love and appreciate yourself it makes your whole outlook better!

So super happy I have tomorrow off! Going to go for a walk with the baby!

So I am a little nervous for the actual surgery I watched a video on YouTube that I probably shouldn't have. I think I'mma stay away from youtube til after I am done LOL

Went to my inital evaluation today at the hospital, things are looking great my "big appt" is scheduleded 2 1/2 weeks from now and I am calling the psychiatrist to see if I can get in sometime next week. I really have the ball rolling!

So my appt with the surgeon is June the 26th.

So got my required seminar over with get to set up my first appt with the surgeon on tuesday, but im feeling quite unresolved if I should get the band or the sleeve. I don't know if I can handle the needle or not? IDK so lost
