I never did a metabolism test. How does it work?

I am on my preop diet of protien. Other than cottage cheese and beans and protien shakes can someone give me a detail list of other foods to eat? Red meat and chicken and fish and what else?

Walmart is so big you are just a number. They have LOA to protect your job. The more I think about it the more I am going to do it now and not wait to June.

Unfortunately I work for Walmart. They want you at full duty or they do not have a place for you. I have short term Disability. My job will be safe. There is one girl out when she comes back in a month than another goes on vacation. If I wait till its convenient then we are talking the end of may or June. I do not want to wait that long. I am an overnight sticker. I asked if I took off work ten days if I would be OK to go back to work they said yes. Then I asked if I took off 5 days would I be OK to come back and they said yes. Now the Dr office its self says take off 4 weeks. What do I DO!!!!!!! IF I HAS KNOWN THIS I WOULD HAVE DONE THINGS DIFFERENT.

I did not see anything about sodium in the prepping. I have been eating s can of black beans with a can of Rotel. Is that OK?

Hello. I have surgery the 11th of April. I am worried about my liver being to large too! I am drinking proforma shakes and eating stuff like beans and tuna and trying to stay hydrated. Good luck! Keep us informed.

Tell your mom this is the safest surgery of all the weight loss surgery. I have 4 young children at home who need their mommy. I am getting the band cause I was paranoid about dying in surgery with all the other types. Let us know who it goes. Good luck!!!!

The surgery center said do high protien low carbs. This is what I have eaten since Fri. Is this good? What else is there?

I have surgery in 10 days. There's some tea that says promotes health liver and kidney health. Should I drink that?
