Its going great... I don't really have time to go to the gym so I go hard for a hour or so with P90...

Another round of P90X, LEGGO!!!!!

Hit 245 and feeling greeeat! Just got done doing a session of P90X, 200 here I come!!!!

Havent been on for a while... I am now @ 250 feeling great and really enjoy working out again!!!

2nd week of my diet and I have only lost 2lbs... WTH

Ready for the 30th, had my final pro-opp today. Nervous but ready for the new start on life...

I am nervous, I just had my pre-op Friday 13 and my surgery is scheduled for the 30 if this month… I haven’t set a weight goal thus far, but I can’t to see the lbs. come off.
