Hey I'm 21 days out doing lost 33 lbs I hit a stall already so today I'm feeling better and going to walk and see if this helps

I had this same pain I even put it up as a new threw I as sleeved 20 days ago and today I woke up with no pain it felt great it does go away

Ow many calories are we suppose to have post op I can't seem to find my book and uncalled the doctor and ofcourse no call back

Lmao finally after 20 days I was able to be on top so to speak LOL I know tmi but dam 33 lbs lighter and It was great lmaoooo

I got once a month I'm in and out of the office

U know u can get the b12 shot at ur family doctor and pay nothing for it its free when u have wls

Am not getting any sleep cause of this one incision on my left side of the belly where the stomach came out I'm take Tylenol 3 but that don't work at all i tried everything my right side of my body hurts from constantly laying on it and sleeping on back is do hard will I ever be able to sleep on my left it seems to be a dream right now. Lol

My whole body has been itching also I wonder why also

I did yesterday and that's y I'm taking Tylenol 3 and they ain't helping I could use a body massage lol my hubby is in for it tonight

I'm 19 days out my incision is like 4 inches away from my boob so it drives my crazy iv been up since 430 am and I have a 3 yr old who won't let me nap lol I'm getting about 4 hrs asleep every might

I tried tune I throw it up chicken salad yuk eggs or eggs salad my sleeve can't take that for some reason so I was reassign someone had Wendy's chili so I went and got some I purée it a lil and it went down great and it has 28g of protein I. 1/2cup I was wondering is this ok to eat I'm havi no issues but I don't know what else to eat that I can purée if anyone can help plz I would be grateful I tried cottage cheese and hated it lol yogurt same thing I feel like I'm going to be on liquid diet forever or just eating chllii

I won't do that I work at a hospital it's soooooo much Titus **** lol so i think tomorrow il going to start walking 2.5 miles I hope I dont pass out cause I'm constantly lighted headed

I don't think I have an issue with the diet it's just like ok what am I aloud to eat at this stage sometimes not really knowing on why I should ad it be good for me makes it a little hard but this is a learning process

I lost pre 4lbs post all together 33 lbs I'm losing 2 a day but it slowed down right now I'm getting cabin fever it's driving me crazy I literly took off my pants cuz I'm so damn hot and irriatated andbim freaking hungry as hell lol as u see I'm going crazy
